Jd marvel products is a ripoff, they cashed my check but never delivered magnet braclets

Company cashed my check... It cleared my bank 05/17/02.
I phoned company 06/21/02 told my braclets were shipped. Called 06/28/02 when I didn't get them. Told they were BEING shipped that day.
Today is 07/15/02 STILL HAVE NOT received them. Tried calling company, got the web site address but was unable to logon their web page.
