Am I a victim?
I have called the office of PTI (Patent and Trademark Institute) several times, I have emailed the site. Did these people just vanish from the face of the earth? Mr. Gumpel says "take the emotion out of it, it's business". I did that and since I sent them a total of 11,295.00, I feel I have something to get emotional about! I'm mad as hell, there's your emotion Mr. Gumpel! I don't have visions of wealth and retirement, I just want you to follow through with your company's promises. Why do you cut off all correspondence with your clients if you are a legit operation? I have left several messages with Sybil, I've called Mark and left messages and I even left you a voicemail the other day. I understand that you are probably a very busy man but it's not hard to make a simple phone call and put a client at ease. I did everything that was requested of me in a timely manner and all I want to do is update my address in your files. Mark told me that the next people to get in touch with me would be the licensing company but how will they when they don't have the proper information to do so. I don't want to believe what I'm reading about PTI on this site, I have faith in you just as you had faith in me to give you the resources to bring my project to friution. What happened to the website? I can't believe you would put yourself in a position to upset people and why would you put your clients through the emotional rollercoaster ride that I and many others seem to be on. Check your voicemail sometime and please clean out the mailboxes, ok?
