Ripoff never get your order or a response!

I placed an order on December 9th, expecting to receive it before Christmas. I was surprised to find out that I had been charged the next day. We had gone out of town for Christmas and my husband said that he had received several things without notice, so maybe that is what they were doing because they we so busy. I gave them the benefit of the doubt. My mistake.

When we got home after the holidays, I expected to see a package or two from Doxy in the mail. No such luck. So I sent them an email asking when I could expect my order. A week went by and I had heard nothing. So I sent another email asking for my order or a refund and filed a complaint on the BBB. That is when I found out that the company has had charges brought against it by the Attorney General for fraudulent business practices in two states.

I sent another email on the 9th, and heard back from them on the 14th. They apologized for the delay and said my order would be sent out in 24-48 hours. I have not received anything. I emailed them again saying I wanted a refund. I haven't heard anything from them since.
