One time billing of $479.88 on 8/4 My medicare started 6/3.

Surprise billed 2 months after my birthday 8/3 NO Authorization.

PrudentChoice kept my Checking routing # and account # after telling me Medicare would make me ineligible for their healthcare services.

Iv'e had their rep. Tell me several times refund is in the mail STILL NO $479.88..
