Trucking "Company" will not refund escrow that has to be refunded legally within forty-five days of Term./Quit... I quit. Turned in all company equipment and have signed statement from Fred Boyd (terminal manager) that all equipment was in good shape. Why are the holding my $? Theives! I left them over a year ago and no itemized statements showing where my money is at, not to mention the interest on my money. They dont have good paying freight anyway, just enough to ride around and pay for fuel. I am an OOIDA member now and they are instructing me on how to get what is owed to me.
