Was told by another individual that was also scammed this is a small town (appx 250 people). I would avoid buying from anyone in this town as it's probably them back at it...

Went through the proper channels to get PayPal reimbursed. They found in my favor but say there's no money to refund back.

I'm filing a formal complaint with the Canisteo Police Department today.
