Company did not honor their contract. They disassembled my furniture on pick-up and refused to reassemble when on delivery ripoff

Company broke their contract wherein they disassembled my furniture and refused to reassemble. When I contacted the owner, he said they broke the furniture and could not reassemble it. He told me to file a claim of which I did and was offered $24.00. This amount will not replace the desk or pay for someone to reassemble.
