I received letter that I won 1.900.000 dollars at first they said you win the money and on the end of the text in letter they said: "you have not won yet"

I got the letter from this company that i win $1.900.000 and of course they ask for some stupid $19.99 and of course i did not send that money... I think this is not right they colecting money with no tax paid... Someone should put thodse people in prison forever. I dont know how they find my address so fast i just moved 1 month ago... But anyway dont respond on anything like this even if they have phone number and you call they gonna be like real company, thx
