Feather Farm, Thefeatherfarm, Seller Of Parrot Cages - RIPPED ME OFF! Ripoff

The Feather Farm of Napa California ripped me off. I ordered a parrot cage from them on ebay. They are using the ebay name, "thefeatherfarm", when I got the cage, It was damaged and incomplete.

I contacted the feather farm and requested that they refund my money. They requested that I send the cage back which I did. I contacted them again, and asked where my refund was. They hung up the phone on me.

I then contacted the Feather Farm by email and they blocked me from sending them email. I filed a complaint with ebay but ebay stated for me to contact the seller direct which I have already done.

The Feather Farm uses the url address of featherfarm.com and they state that they have been in business for 30 years. I can't understand how someone can stay in business ripping people off like they do.

They sell Parrot's in Napa California and across the United States or so they say. I would highly recommend anyone thinking of purchasing from them to think twice. I am a nice person and easy to deal with. I can't imagine how they could rip me off so bad and act like they don't care, unless they don't?

Parrot's and parrot cages are expensive and it is best that you deal with someone that stands behind their products and not hides behind a wall when your trying to talk to them.

The Feather Farm is the worst business I have ever tried to deal with. The feather farm is terrible and I think it sucks!

I would strongly suggest if anyone has a problem with the ebay user: thefeatherfarm or the website, featherfarm.com to file complaints here and everywhere else on the internet. Hopefully the more that complain, the more people will be informed.
