Ripoff took money out of account without authorization

I was contacted about my bill and now have to find where i paid in full... I told the lady to send me a bill and instead the went in to my bank account and took payment of $39.00 out with my saying it was ok... Im on disibility and feel they are taking advantage of that... This company is a complete ripoff and still have not gotten a crafting magazine I ordered... MY mistake for ever trusting them. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!!
