Complete scam, Charges your credit card and does not sent merchandise. No Response to e-mails. No customer service

I ordered items intended as holiday gifts with express holiday shipping for in stock merchandise on 12/20/06. I never recieved the merchandise and sent 3 e-mails to thier customer support line inquireing about my order. I have yet to hear from the merchant about my original order.

Now Doxy Lingerie has started to send me daily e-mails about new sales that they are running. I tried replying to those e-mails to the "sales department" but still get no response.

Now I found them listed on this web site, I should have checked before making the purchase.

Now I just want my money back.

If the charge was to your credit card (not debit card, check card, or checking account), contact the credit card company as soon as possible to request a dispute form. Consumers usually have a little longer to dispute fraudulent credit card charges (up to 6 months), but it is better to act right away.in this type of situation, credit card disputes are usually successful since fraudulent companies often won't contest the disputed charge.in rare cases, credit card companies will review disputes, but refuse to reverse the charges. If this occurs, complain to a manager and let them know you will be filing a report here.

Remember Don't let them get away with it! Make sure they make the consumer complaints. The more Reports filed on a Company or individual, the more likely it is that the authorities, media and attorneys will want to take action.
