Ripoff I'm being Scammed $655.86 commissions due for me

I'm a member of iMarketingPlus since from the very start of this program on August 1. See my stats below;

I have invested $15 in this program every month as a Platinum member with a very little return NOT even enough to pay my monthly membership dues.

On October it stops paying and I didn't receive even a penny until now. Note that this program promised to Pay commissions every week.

December 9 I've won $550 in a referral contest.

On December 20 I've sent an email to the IMP admin and requested him to pay my commissions otherwise I'll report his program to the authority. He promised to pay by a week later but it's just an empty promise - nothing follow until 2007 new year.

January 6 For the second time I requested the admin to pay my commissions in FULL otherwise I'll report his program to the authority. And I've got same promises but this time it's not only a week but a month!

I know there's no chance this program will pay.

I hope that I found the right place where somebody can give me help getting my money.
