Ripoff. Thank You complaint

I was told like so many others that I qualified for 2 unsecured credit cards, both with substantial beginning balances.in addition, I had also qualified for a $25,000 Easy Credit Loan Program with 0% interest - no questions asked. I took it hook, line and sinker. My best friend shares office space with me and I told him about it. Then he heard me saying that I could never reach anyone at the customer phone number that was provided online. Also, I hadn't received anything at all in the mail. So, on Wed., July 3, when we were closing the office, he told me that he thought that this was the company he heard a report on the tv about approximately two months ago, maybe less. Because of the 4th of July Holiday, I couldn't do anything until Friday, July 5th. That morning I went to the office and checked my bank balance over the phone. Sure enough, they had pulled the money out by electronic transfer ($199) on July 1st without my approval. I followed the advice on your website and went to my bank stating that I never gave them my approval and I should be getting my money back.
