Entered me into a service I did not want or order Ripoff

I had ordered merchandise from this retailer and paid by credit card. They then used my credit card information to enroll me in a service they offer without my consent or approval. I missed the charge in 2005 but I called on the 2006 charge and it was immediately refunded. I then found the 2005 charge and they will not answer my FAX regarding a refund on this charge.
