Qwest wireless false advertising sanyo katana

We purchased qwest wireless cell phone service. Our original phones were LG pos. We had three break on us in one month. Since the insurance dropped us because we had to replace too many phones we decided to purchase another phone. It was the ALL new SANYO KATANA!

For the number one reason of all BLUETOOTH Dial up networking. According to advertisements and even the quest website and phone instruction book, It has this capability. This was perfect for us. So now on the road I can access the internet using the phone as a modem with my laptop. Perfect... Or so I thought.

So we spent the 500.00 to get these new phones. For a month straight we worked with qwest to get these phones to work the way it was supposed to with this feature. Just to find out that yes the phone has this capability, but qwest software does not support it so I can not use it.

Pi*ed off is not the word I would use. It's like buying a fully loaded BMW and after you have it you don't have power windows because the manufacture doesn't support the control box for it. It would be retarded.

So after this I told them then this phone is not what I wanted its false advertised can I return it? Answer NOPE! It's been more then 15 days we cant return them and give you a refund.

Isn't there anything I can do? Isn't there product liability here or something... So we canceled our contract and they are still billing us our bill is now 1,300. Come on when does it stop
