Was offered a guaranteed credit card. They didnot tell me it was a cataloge sales. I sent them $37.00 fee that was to be guarenteed refundable if i didnot want it. I have not received it in return and it has been month. They have cashed the check i sent. Cannot get a number to call them they have no listings.
