Dishonest No Communication Fraudulent billing Ripoff East U. S Internet

I had ordered a wallet from capitalstyles.com on 12/16 and was told by the add that i would recieve it within 2-3 days if i had ordered by the 18 of december. I understand its the holidays but i tried emailing the company several times and have not recieved a response. The Money Totaling $29.00 has been deducted out of my account already and my status on the order i made changed the very next day from pending to processing. It has been processing for over 4 days now and ihave not recieved a notification. Also i try to call the customer service number and it states that the mail box is full and i cant keave a message.
