Delayed order, horrible merchandise quality, zero customer service

This is the e-mail i just sent the company, it details my experience. We'll see how they respond.

Just had to write and let you know...

The first time I ordered from Satin N Lace was a
pleasant experience. I ordered the velvet flocked
negligee... I was very happy with the service I
received, got my order in about a week, even though I
ordered it in early October, and I'm sure you all were
reeling with the problems 9/11 caused for you. When
the negligee came, the bow on the front was
safety-pinned on, rather than sewn on. I found that
rather strange, but because of the excellent service I
received, chose to overlook it.

The second order I placed in early February, for the
comfort variety pack of panties, rendered me a much
different experience. I had ordered them for something
special I had going on in Mid to late March. I
expected them to arrive at least within two weeks..
They hadn't. I started calling. I can't count how many
e-mails I sent requesting the status of my order, how
many times I spoke to Mike and Phyllis, how many times
they promised to check on my order and get back to me
(I had my order number, too)... And yet, never ONCE did
I get called back, or get the status of my order. I
finally received it in early April, but too late to
use for what I had intended them for.

STILL I was not complaining. I received another $15
gift certificate (I'd gotten one with my first order
as well), and I was looking forward to purchasing
something else using these certificates. Well, after
having worn these panties for three months, some of
them only a few times... They are falling apart. Much
to my dismay. The elastic is completely coming off
from around the leg holes. I truly am appalled at the
lack of quality on this merchandise (not to mention
the service). First, the safety pin, and now this. I
have $30 in gift certificates, and I have no idea what
to buy because whatever I choose, I'm afraid it will
just fall apart, and will take three months to get
here.

I used to reccomend your company to my plus-size
friends, and give the URL on several fat-positive
lists I belong to, but now I tell people that if they
are smart they will shop elsewhere.
