LTV Relocation was hired to ship my household goods warehouse to door from Miami, Florida to Thisted, Denmark. Company assured in writing that maximum delivery date was to be 8 weeks.
Company also stated that they would ship to Arhus, Denmark. My goods were shipped to England where they are now being held with no delivery date commitement. Goods were delivered to LTV warehouse on September 18.
As of December 13 I am being told that I will get my belongings at earliest January will not date commitement. I have no guarantee that I will get my belongings nor can I verify that insurance I have purchase for close to $300 is valid. What they sent to me when I requested proof of insurance is a quote from the insurance company. I have been unable to verify validity of insurance as of yet.
