Shellese ripoff MONTHS HAVE GONE BY WITH NO RETURN PHONE CALLS Hundreds of dollars spent for Xmas gifts

After paying for a special offer, for a sitting in June, we called and called and called to reschule but were never phoned back.

We finally had to go it to schedule the sitting and were given a date, showed up & had our photos taken. This was finally done in October giving ourselves plenty of time to get photos for Christmas. We were told delivery would be made by Nov 20th. It is now Dec 12th & we have no photos and can not get anyone to ring us back.

I have phoned District Manager Emily with no response (we've called and left messages 10 times) now we're going to court.

Shellese is the most unprofessional employee I have ever come across. This has been, absolutely, the most pathetic group I've ever dealt with.

My father had double brain surgery & a stroke 2 weeks before last xmas, so getting him photos of his family for more year meant everything to us!

No calls, no responsibility taken, rude and angry behavior at every turn.

We paid, we called and we expected professionalism and received NOTHING!!!
