Shady Dishonest frauds with a capital SD. Ripoff Cumming

Now they are threating me with legal action if I don't pay the 35.20 they have spread it out off 18 mounths fine still can'make the payments I'm on SOCIAL SECURITY INCOM and strugleing they are takeing money out of my Checking Account every mounth making my Account overdrawn now going on two mounths now I have NO food can't pay my other bills now I am planing to Change my Account Number and see if that dose the trick wish me luck. Wonder what they will say or do then if someone can help me with Legal action for free I would really appreciate it.
