This company has so many complaints against them, it almost seems a mute point to add another. However, just like the problem you maybe experiencing, I am experiencing the same situation. They called and said, it is time to renew your toner shippment can we verify your address. At a busy office like ours, saying this is just going to get a "yeah, that sounds good, ok, bye" type response. So of course, they send us two units of toner for 394.37. The Office Max price on this is 6 units for 127.00. Big difference! When I called to return the item, they gave me a big run around, "We'll call you back tomorrow..." Tomorrow never came. Finally I told them I was sending it back and not paying the invoice, deal with it. We'll see what happens...
