Ripoff Never answered my complaint never e mailed me back or called

A Halloween costume was order by my daughter. She paid extra to have it shipped ($7.00) which was suppose to get it to her the next day. It did not come until a week later and she no longer needed the costume. I called continously and no one would call me back, in fact the voice mail was full. When you e mail the company an automatic response comes back that they are busy. How ridiculous. I am certainly not sending the costume back (which is a total piece of junk besides all this) because I know I will never hear from them and then they will have the merchandise back to send to another sucker like me.

I see they have numerous reports on them.
