I contracted with EAS several months ago with the understanding they would perform a service for me. Not only have they not done anything, that I know of, but my last contact person, Michelle, a couple of weeks ago, had a "don't call us, we'll call you" attitude. According to their on printed "Disclaimer and Warantees", this would be handled "in a timely manner". I'm sorry but several months is not in a timely manner. Thanks.
