Charging my checking account for something I don't know. Can Only Obtain A Copy Of Draft From My Bank, with Unknown Check Number.internet

I was charged $49.95 back in August. For something that even my bank can't verify to me, and then it happen again in November, which bring my attention to this matter. I have been charged overdraft charge three times and charged $99.99 for a membership fee that I have no clue of. I tried to call them and they gave me a web site that I can't even go on. The only help that I get from the so called rep. Is that "keep trying you'll go on". Who are these people and what do the card they're charging me look like? I think this is not right. You can't just go around charging people for something that they don't know, especially people like me that trying to make ends meet. I need help!
