The worst support event

The corporation has got the worst support actually. I requested a meter from their store about three or four months before. I settled extra since I needed quick delivery. Following the unique verification the purchase was approved used to do not notice back from their store for just two months.

I approached them and just like a miracal they delivered that following day. They didn't provide to return the fast ship cash despite the fact that they didn't fast ship.

After receiving the meter I discover it doesn't function. I contact the organization they inform me the will send another meter that evening instantly because of my issues with the initial purchase.

I received a email verification that my purchase went overnight and that I might have it 24 hours later. Had my spouse remain home from function to receive the bundle once we reside in a rural region.

The purchase didn't deliver overnight they delivered it 2nd morning not I'm out a times purchase my spouse to sit down house for nothing, since I've delivered the poor meter for over per week and that I still haven't received the cash they got out-of my consideration to protect the brand new meter they delivered untill they got the faulty meter back.

After I contact them-they are extremely rude with no one seemingly have solutions to my concerns
