Michael Ramstedt liar, unscrupulous, cheat, lease breaker, violent ripoff

I bought a building where he was the broker and it took 6 months and $5,000 to closing. He withheld papers because HE wanted to buy the building and didn't have the money. I finally had to report him and his agency to the Office of Banks and Real Estate. He is currently a tenant of mine and he refuses to abide by the rules of the lease. He has kept money from his clients (one woman actually hit him, and he called the police to complain that he was "battered." He is a liar and not at all professional. He breaches contracts (no smoking clause) and he is not respected in the community.
