Attempting to earn money off the customer!

Just a couple weeks before my home loan was offered to America's Providing Business. I've usually shipped my funds on period and not had an issue using the prior mortgage company EMC. Today each month I've to contact ASC daily simply to make certain my cost published. It appears to consider around 15-20 times in order for them to post a cost. After I do contact to ask they inform me that it would go to a publishing middle, nicely this doesn't assist the customer whatsoever. They offered me two choices spend online and obtain billed a charge of $10.00 or spend by telephone and obtain billed $20.00. It's my perception that they're deliberately attempting to earn money off the customer possibly by spending the costs above or publishing funds for your requirements overdue and getting a late charge. When I investigated the web about that organization it would appear that there are lots of grievances and lawsuits pending from this organization as well as their methods.
