Matthew C Mulllhofer attorney in santa ana set up a bogus and fraudulent asset protection plan. I ended up getting sued because of his incompetence. He knows very little about what he is doing and seems to be using boilerplate forms you can get in the internet for less than $100. He messed up my LLc and trust and got me in trouble with the IRS. He admits he knows absolutely nothing about tax law, even though he claims to be a tax specialist I had to eventually hire a new attorney to redo the entire plan. Mullhofer refused to refund my money until I complained to the State Bar. The state bar investigator told me that they have had multiple complaints about him and that they may take his license if he keeps on ripping off his clients. Don't make the same mistake I made.
