Last Christmas, my brother sent me a 10K Gold Personalized named Hooped earrings as a Christmas present. It came in broken. I sent to back to Limoges Jewelry via USPS First Class Mail with Delivery Confirmation. After two weeks, I checked with USPS and it showed that the item has been delivered. Two months passed, no item, no refund, no words from them. I e-mailed them only to get no answer back. E-mailed them again, no answer.By them, the delivery confirmation number expired on USPS.com. Is that how they're supposed to do business?
