Failed to fullfill advertising contract

January we entered into a contract with northwest publishing for advertising in the trivia page booklet for local resturants. We supplied an article and artwork for the ad prior to the due date. We are told that our artwok wasn't used and a copy of our business card was used. After the fact we were told that they lost the atttachments to the email which we sent with the article and artwork. Since we resubmitted them as were told there is a second printing.

To date we are yet to receive a proof of the ad. Just like the first time around we requested a proof of the ad and we are told they will send one and never do. We have requested a copy of any advertisment that was done and again they say they'll send one and never do.
