Charging large amt of tuition to attend driving school, trucks unsafe ripoff

This driving school which was until recently located in moore, ok has moved to a new location in mustang, ok. The owners of this school are charging a large amount of money from either the students or the trucking companies themselves to attend the school for the hours reuired by the state of oklahoma. With this being so I would like to know why this school is getting away with unsafe trucks trying to teach students how to drive. The trucks have bald, unsafe tires, no tread, with cords showing through. Wheel grease seals leaking, brakes severely out of adjustment, doors that don't stay closed, lights that dont work, using a metal office chair as a passenger seat for the instructor.

The school at its new location has put the students out in a shop area of the building, with little heat, no air conditioning, very dusty conditions. As far as having an area for the students to practice driving the trucks the owwners who are dan and april cromwell are having the instructors take the students to an industrial business park to drive around in, again in unsafe trucks that by law shouldnt be on the road. The area they are using to do their baking practice is a new industrial businnes park directly behind their office using public city streets. No off road area to do this.

Now the office staff. They are so hell bent of their secret closed door mettings they even lock the hallway doors keeping the students from having access to the restroms which are by law to be made available.

I am just one of many persons concerned about this school, and its owners. Most all of the students I have met are very upset about what they are getting for their money. Why is it the trucks are so unsafe? The instructors are trying to teach safe operation of the trucks, then the students are required to operate these unsafe school trucks which by law again shouldnt be on the road. All I get for an excuse from the owners are they are exempt from the same laws as other trucks are because of being a school.

I along with most all of the students think this school shouldn't be in business if they cant opeate safe and legally. I also along with most students will not refer or recommend this school to anyone for any reason
