EPS ELECTRONIC CREDIT CARD MACHINE RIP-OFF They ripped us off big time!

We had a machine from this company for our small business but decided it wasn't really worth it so we called and cancelled about 2 months prior. Well they keep taking money out of our account saying we signed a 7 year contract and that they were authorized to do so. Well we didn't sign a 7 year contract with these people. So we called them and told them we wanted our money back because we weren't using their services. They of course said that was impossible because of the contract. Then we asked them for their address so that our lawyer could send them a certified letter and they refused to give that information to us. We also asked them to fax a copy of this so-called contract, but we have yet to see that. So buyer beware! These people will rip you off at any chance. Hopefully our bank can get the money back... If not we will see them fry in court.
