They tell you to pay $39.99 USD to Submit your site when they keep the money and don't submit you

I came upon this website, joeant.com about 2 weeks ago. The website looked good until it was time to pay for the submission I paid $39.99 USD with my Paypal.com account. I did not get submited but they kept my money.

Doing some research I came across alot of companies in total 27 that paid and never got listed so I decided to come a Editor and submit the websites for free.

It never happened I learned that the $39.99 is going to the owner and there policy is not to except any website that pays to be submitted.

My only regret is that no one know about the scam that this company is running.
