I paid $200 for a consultation with Laura Rhode's Associate, Pauline. My husband and I called many times and left messages to follow up on the matter and to find out whether or not she was going to take our case. We also attempted emailing her in which we still did not receive any response. We waited a week and called again. We have yet to receive any response to our messages or email. What was the $200 for? She at least owes us the decency of letting us know her decision regarding our case.
