I paid $100.00 for Plaque and book. Book was never sent Ripoff

I ordered a book and a plaque for the sum of $100.00 for my son Donald jr.

I received the plaque after nearly six months waiting.

I have not received the book, and i have not gotten an explanation from KGLA publication as to the reason why not.
