Refused to refund within the contract time ripoff

Old Republic Home Protection Refusal of refund
Contract clearly states that if concelled withing first 30 days client would receive full refund. I paid $415 on 8/17 and cancelled on 9/01/06 and still have not received full refund. They have clearly stated that they are not going to refund my money. I have contacted them 4 times currently. I won't give up and hopefully this will help someone else in the future.
