Defective Clothing! Plastic sewed in seems around shoulders and sleeves! Can't remove plastic, causes itching, irration, can't wear tops, Fashion Bug will not take back because I wore it. Tops Are Worthless. Rude Manager wants to resell defective tops. States "No one else has Complained." All the tops are now sown in this manner. The plastic is over cased and stitched so tightly you can not remove the plastic.
