Company will not stop telemarketing to me, even after BBB complaint, plus scam sale tactics for Tri-Star vacuumn cleaner ripoff

Last year, I was asked to do a phone survey on the quality of air in the High Desert. The very next week, same co. Called me and said I won a free prize, bla bla bla, can they come to my house and do a demo, they only want my opinion, no selling, but my husband has to be there too, or no show.

So a guy comes to my house, and next thing I know, he shows us a vacuum, will clean my house filled with DIRT, (cause even though I am a clean freak, I'm not as good as this vacuum, oops, I mean home cleaning system) bla bla bla, and then, after 2 hrs, gets very upset that we do not want to buy this product for, yikes, 2600.00, right here, right now, not tomorrow.

After we tell him no way, he lowers the price, still no, so he asked to use our phone, calls his boss, and still offers to sell for 1100.00. Apparently, his boss said he didn't do a good enough job showing the system, since we didn't want to buy. We still dont bite, and he starts to get a attitude, enough to make us check on our brand new Expedition when he leaves.

I call the next day to talk to the mgr, and end up in a shouting match with a jerk, Jeff Dankers. I told him they were selling these Tri-Star vacs on e-bay for 350.00, so that made him even madder. I told them never to call again, hung up, and then made a complaint with the BBB, and the National Do Not Call Registry, which I am already on. Since then, telemarketers have called me three times.

I didn't even answer a phone survey this time, yet I won several prizes, ooh, maybe another indoor BBQ grill, or a trip to Vegas, but I have to pay 50.00, and tour a condo. They called me on 10-23-06, at 5:08 pm (thank god for called Id). I called the co. And spoke to the nicest lady, again, who knows how I feel, but said that they get new phone lists every few months, and then have to go through and remove people that dont want to be called.

Next time they call, I'll give the phone to my toddler, she loves to talk.
