Website charges for 3 day delivery, and then doesn't deliver at all. Ripoff

I ordered two printer cartridges from this company on their website in RESPONSE to an e-mail I received.
The website was very professionally designed and easy to use.

I paid by credit card with a total of $45.75.

That total included a 3 day delivery guarantee.

When 5 days went by, I tried to contact them by e-mail.
NO RESPONSE. I have sent 8 e-amils, with NO RESPONSE.

They do not have a regular phone, but they have a msg service where you can leave a msg. I left 5 messages, with NO RESPONSE.

Their website promises not to charge for the product until SHIPPED.
My credit card was charged WITHIN ONE HOUR that I paid on their website.

It really smells of FRAUD, RIP-OFF, and I do believe the FBI should be contacted, as they had the unmitigated gall to send me another e-mail to their website. I saved the e-mail, and the website contact.

I have not done business with them before.
