Printers Supply Ink - Generation Imaging
Ripoff ordered, purchased, paid, but never received

I ordered color toner for the printers at the Brussels American School on April 28 from a web based company called Printersink.com. The Brussels American School is a U.S. Dept of Defense School located just outside of Brussels Belgium. On my ordered I specifically requested the items be shipped by U.S. Post Office. The post office will turn the package over to the Air Force to fly to Europe and we get almost free postage. Thus the address given was a post office box number in Europe.

I find out towards the end of May the company gave the toner to DHL who can not deliver to the post office box. They returned the toner to the company in California (I Think).in the mean time they have charged the school $294.93 and they are still have the toner. I exchanged emails with Brent who claims he is the president and will reship the toner.

I reurned from vacation on July 9th and still do not have the toner. I contacted Brent but he refuses to respond until August. He then claims they will reship the toner again. Another month passes and I have still have not received the toner. I start contacting the president, Brent again in September but now he refuses to answer any emails.

I feel like they have stolen $294.93 from the U.S. Government. But what really upsets me is the kids of our service men and women do not have the items that were paid for by our tax dollars. I hope he really feels good and safe back in the states while he steels from the people and families that are working for him.
