Illegal Crammers difficult to track down and stop ripoff

CBC SERVICES LLC is an elusive illegal cramming company that places charges on your telephone bills. According to my phone companies, they can't stop the charges because they are obligated under law to accept them. I have been charged $14.95 a month for 3 months under the name CBC SERVICES LLC with no address, telephone number, or email address attached.

The charges are for long distance made at 12:00 A.M. On one particular date a month for 0.0 minutes. I can't dispute charges with a company I can't reach, and the phone company can't refuse the charges. Do you see the problem here? They are obviously illegal crammers, but stopping them is no easy task.

I have filed reports with FTC, Consumer Protection, and Hawaiian Telcom telephone company. And that is just the beginning - I plan to take this as far as I can including cancelling my phone company if they do not support me and offer any means of protection from this sleazy company. I also plan to plaster their name all over the internet so others can be alerted of their fraudulent schemes. These people crammed the wrong person.
