Manhattan Palms Apartments
Are ripoffs that tricked & lied to us

After a week of moving to Tampa from Connecticut we started apartment shopping. The first thing we would look at was the pool. If it had a nice pool then we would go inside and see if it had any apartments available. Well we settled for the Manhattan Palms. We moved in the first week of April and its June and the pool has not been fixed. Every time we ask when its going to get fixed, their anwer is by the end of the month.

Its been almost two months and no pool. We have to go to other complexes or community pools to go swimming. Not to mention that they also advertise and tennis court and it has not net. Now what is a tennis court with no net? I have spoken with a couple of tenents that have lived here for more than two years and their answer is that the pool and the tennis court have not been open for at least a year. Now i have a year lease and cant move out. Is there a way to break a lease. Any suggestions please (post a rebuttal)
