(Mr. Ray Washington) ripoff

My wife Nicole McNeill received a letter stating that it is an award claim final notification for the total sum of $240,000 from a computer drawing on March 28th. She received a check for 4845.00 from Nakano Aviation, INC. After calling the provided phone number, Mr Ray Washington (902) 412-1252 instructed her to deposit the check into our bank account and call him back when completed, he would give us the address to send payment for the taxes.

We did not deposit the check but called the bank (Union Bank of California) that was supposed to be the issuing party. It was an actual company. Mr. Akihito Ishida which is in charge of the Nakano Aviation, INC. Accounts told us that it was a scam and they did not issue a check. Also stated that this has been going on for about 3 months.
