Tax, Inc. Was hired by me 4-05 to help resolve my tax debt to the IRS. I did everything they asked me to do in sending in paperwork showing facts that led me to owing the IRS in the first place.

I charged my fee of 3,200.00 on my daughters credit card because I didn't have that kind of money. This was done the day I called them to help me.

I never heard from them. It had been several months. They had just told me to send everything I got from the IRS straight to them and they would handle it. This I did faithfully.

They were suppose to stop all calls and collection procedures immediately while they worked on my case. I never heard from them so I figured they were doing their job. WRONG

I received a notice from my bank that the IRS had levied my bank account. I immediately called Tax, Inc. An they promised me they would take care of it. They didn't I was levied again 3-weeks later.

I have called Tax, Inc. Hundreds of times literally since I paid them to help me. NO ONE has ever called me back. I talked to people there that said they would have to talk to Vahon Hart and get back to me. Never did.

I did talk to some agents (most of them dead or gone) that did try to get me info. I was told that the IRS agent did not like me and she wouldn't work with them on my case.

I was told that I promised to borrow the money to pay it off and I never did. I promised to TRY to borrow the money which I did but couldn't. I have a bankruptcy on my file and I told them that no one would loan me the money.

Then I was told I had to get all my vehicles appraised, of which I only had two worth anything. The other 2 was fixer uppers from the 50's and 60's. I got the appraisal like asked. They tried to tell me I didn't do it in time.in time for what? I did it the very next day and faxed it to them. I did everything in a very timely manner after I learned they needed something. I only learned they needed anything AFTER I called them.

I am at my wit's end. They are not helping me resolve anything. I have been literally begging them to get me a statement of what I owe and they can't even do that.

The IRS levied my pension (after I contracted Tax, Inc.). They have been getting that every month plus $300.00 for 6-months now or better. They have kept my last 2 refunds.

Tax, Inc. Said they would try to get my penalties and interest stopped if I would pay extra every month for a couple of months. I have done that, now the jerks at Tax, Inc. Won't even talk to me.

Almost 2-years now I've been dealing with this.
