Ripoff-sellers selling textbooks and never sending books

I buy books from Half.com to save some money but lately their sellers seem to be Scam Artist selling to college students thinking their getting a deal. I am not the only one, it seems to happen a lot. And their file claim plan is crap—they tell you to wait, wait and wait some more—UMMM we gets these textbooks for classes and the teachers want use to have our books-Thank You half.com for running a horrible service that takes money from needy college students.
