I cancelled one of two phone lines and purchased a new phone to replace canceled phone. It was only two days into the next billing and they wouldn't credit me back for the 28 days that I didn't have a phone on the canceled phone line, also they wouldn't credit back services that I didn't use on the new phone that were from the previous user.
