Ripped off and scammed

Somehow this company got their hands on my Visa card information and charged my account (this is a debit card) $54.90 for a service that I never consented to.

I am having my bank look into the transaction.

They say that they received my account info from some other company, but said they were not at liberty to disclose which company.

I have since cancelled my card, so they will not be able to debit my account further, but the initial charge has ended up costing me almost $200.00 that I DON'T have, in bank fee's and other "fee's" that are a ripoff in and of themselves.

I think all of those who have been scammed by this company need to file a class action suit against this company. It is not right that they should be able (and ALLOWED) to do this without WRITTEN consent from the cardholders.

If you would like to e-mail me about similar experiences with this company, please feel free... I am seriously looking into a lawsuit against them. My attorney is just waiting for my go ahead to file.
