Ripoff dishonest fraudulent billing ripoff business from hell

In the year 2000 I made the greatest mistake of a lifetime, I ordered a 12 tier shoe rack from Fingerhut. At the time of my order my balance was $0. On 7/14/00 my account was billed $79.12 for the shoe rack.

Upon receiving my bill I informed Fingerhut that I never receive the item. I have been disputing this item for 2 years and Fingerhut as yet to DO THAT RIGHT THING. I refuse to pay for an item I did not receive ans so these BASTARDS report my account as being Late to the credit bureaus causing my credit score to fall. I reached out to the comapny again this April based on my credit report asI'm in the process of obtaining a mortgage to buy a home.

The customer service reps. Are the most unprofessional people I have encountered in awhile. The credit bureaus have contacted the company and they refuse to remove this negative report from my credit report. My account has been closed by my request for months.

What kinda of business practice is this? Talk about ripoff artists... They're outrageous... There has to be an entity that has authority over this company, they cannot go on in business this way.
