Ripoff, fraud, pointless service

I ordered 100 live transfer calls for $18 a piece. After they recieved my $1,800 they allowed to start using the automated dialer. Calls began to come in but nobody was ever on the other line. I ask Mark Burns my rep from the company what was wrong. He said it will get better.
It never did get any better! We finally gave up on the system and when i asked for a refund for the remaining balance of leads i was told "Andy, We can not meet your needs with a refund but may be able to work out a better rate if you want to re-order." Now to me that is a bunch of garbage.

The company does not stand behind their product and it is a good thing too because their product stinks. Do not use this company, it is a waste of time.
